What is the return policy?
At MIRUH, every piece is chosen with intention. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to guide you with clarity and care.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Scent-free
• Returned with original tags attached
• In original condition
To initiate a return, please email info@miruhpr.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Approved returns will be issued as either store credit or a refund to the original payment method, once the item is received and inspected.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Items purchased on sale or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
