Once you receive confirmation that your order was placed, please contact us via text message or WhatsApp at (787) 513-3806. Our team will assist you in scheduling your preferred pick-up time and location.

What happens if I miss my pick-up?

No worries — we understand things happen. We can help you reschedule or arrange shipping if needed (shipping fees may apply).

Can someone pick up my order for me?

Yes. Just let us know in advance and make sure they have the order confirmation and customer name.

Is there an additional fee for pick-ups?

At this time, coordinated pick-ups are offered as a convenience option and do not include an additional service fee.

Can I change my pick-up location?
